Over the past 30 years, Mary M. House has worked to build a practice based on legal expertise and emotional awareness. In 2007 she became a licensed mediator and arbitrator in domestic relations and general civil matters to better serve clients that would prefer to avoid the court system. In her regular practice, she puts her legal experience to work handling wills, probate disputes and litigation work for individuals and businesses.
Mary M. House is an active member of her community, in addition to serving on boards she is involved in her church and numerous local organizations.
After graduating early from Emory University with a BA she was accepted into the Walter F. Georgie School of Law at Mercer University, from which she graduated in the top 20% of her class and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure.
Mary M. House has been active in public service for as long as she has lived in Henry County. She donates hours of pro bono legal work to members of the community that can't afford legal representation. Mary M. House is committed to providing services to those who need them which is why she has served on the board of Haven House and Prevent Child Abuse / Henry County. She is the immediate past President of the Board of Hands of Hope, that provides medical services to the poor of Henry County, as well as a past president of the Henry Bar Association.
